It is suitable for various teams that need to break through bottlenecks and stimulate vitality, with Lumina Spark as the core tool to connect individual traits with team potential.​

    • Help team members recognize their own strengths and potential through Lumina Spark assessment, and establish a sense of proactive growth;
    • Master more than 3 innovative thinking tools to break the inherent work mode, combined with Lumina Spark personality traits to apply tools in a targeted manner;
    • Build an internal "potential sharing" mechanism based on Lumina Spark’s personality dimensions to promote complementary advantages among members;
