To introduce to those who have had little or no previous exposure to project management the basic concepts of the field, basic structure and newest theoretical system of international project management.

This course will provide attendees with a broad understanding of project management, whilst also explain some of the terminologies, techniques and project management process and organisation combined with real working experience.

Combining theory with practical examples, attendees will be able to understand the function and purpose of rudimentary project management tools, and how to analyse and interpret them. This will include basic skills practices, such as redaction of WBS, EVM, progress plan.

Combined with a focus on some of the tools and techniques, personal skills such as communicating and teamwork will also be covered.
