This program aims to help managers and supervisors to become effective coaches to help their staff to realise their full potential and adopt a positive and responsible mindset.
By the end of the session, the participants should be able to:
1. Define the steps in the GROW model
2. Discuss and set development goals with staff
3. Build team members’ resilience and overcome negative emotions in learning from mistakes
4. Give constructive feedback effectively so team members will retain effective performance and improve unsatisfactory performance
